Cancellation

We know plans can change. You can cancel your booking and receive Store Credit. Please note that a $10 nominal fee will be deducted from your total Store Credit amount to cover admin and card processing fees. The resulting Store Credit you receive depends on when you cancel:

More than 30 days before: 100% Store Credit
21-30 days before: 90% Store Credit
14-20 days before: 70% Store Credit
4-13 days before: 50% Store Credit
Once the Item has been shipped: No Store Credit will be issued.

Change

You may change your chosen design or size once, by reaching out to us at least 14 days before rental starts, subject to availability. Please note that if you switch to an item of lower value, the difference in unused value is non-refundable.

Refunds

All refunds are issued as store credits, valid for two years, allowing you flexible use for future rentals or purchases. Refunds to the original payment method are only made in exceptional circumstances approved by us, and may be subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
