Your outfits typically arrive from 6 PM to 11 PM the day before your rental starts.

Return pickups are on the day after rental ends. Estimated time:

• West - 7.30 AM to 11 AM
• East/ Northeast - 12 PM to 3 PM

Please note that you are responsible for your items if left outside your door.
